Why is the screen solid white on my Fantom?

  • If the Fantom App still shows "Updating" then please wait 5 minutes for the update to complete.
  • If the screen is still white, or the App doesn't look like it's updating the device, follow the steps below:
  1. Ensure the Fantom Band is on charge and in close range of the mobile phone.
  2. Force close and restart the Fantom App.
  3. From the pairing screen, select DFU XXXX, where XXXX is your Fantom device ID.
  4. Accept to update the device and wait for completion.
